The Canadian Grand Priory actively funds and fundraises for extensive and wide-ranging programs.
- A cheque was present by Grand Prior of Canada to His Eminence Cardinal Collins and donated to the Archdiocese of Toronto for the benefit of the following 3 charities:
- The mission of Catholic Community Services of York Region is to serve, within the Catholic social justice tradition, the diverse need of individuals, families and communities, by providing a broad array of programs and services that help them reach their potential. CCSYR is a multicultural agency and welcomes people from all ethnic, religious, cultural and racial backgrounds, regardless of marital status or sexual orientation.
- Rose of Sharon Services for Young Mothers is a not-for-profit, charitable organization providing support and educational services to prenatal and parenting young women under the age of 25 across York Region. Since 1985, the Organization has given young mothers the opportunity to work towards their goals in a supportive, learning-centered environment while parenting their young children.
- Camp Ozanam is a residential summer camp open to eligible boys ages 7 – 12, Camp Ozanam provides a seven day camping experience for children who may not otherwise have the opportunity to enjoy a camping adventure.
- $300,000 was raised and donated to the Archdiocese of Toronto for the benefit of two charities supported by His Eminence Cardinal Thomas Collins: St. Augustine's Seminary and The Canadian Catholic Bioethics Institute.

- Donation to the Ospedale Civile San Salvatore di L'Aquila (2009 Earthquake relief fund).
